Waterfall Method
The Waterfall methodology is the traditional and the most common methodology used for project management. It follows a sequential, linear process which is why it is often described as a "linear-sequential life cycle model".

- Strict Processes in Place
- Low Product Owner Involvement
- Enhancement to an Existing Product
- Fixed & Firm Timeline
